  On September 25, 2019, Tian Jiande, secretary of the company's party committee, chairman and general manager, praised this and believed that this is the "understanding and practice of 6S" in corporate management.

  Today, 6S management has received the same attention and has been widely developed in many places around the world. 6S management has become a required course for manufacturing companies. The role of 6S has three aspects: First, 6S management is the basic activity of various management of the enterprise, and it helps to eliminate all kinds of undesirable phenomena that the enterprise may face in the production process. Secondly, in the implementation process of 6S management, by carrying out basic activities such as sorting, rectification, cleaning, and safety, it will become a systematic clean, and ultimately improve the professionalism of employees. Finally, the role of 6S management in an enterprise is fundamental and inestimable.

  Speaking of 6S management, it is bound to think that the production sites of Japanese companies are clean, orderly, and efficient, all thanks to the 6S on-site management that has been widely adopted by Japanese companies for 200 years in Japan. The earliest two Ss were proposed: sorting and rectification, mainly for the reasonable classification and placement of "things". After the Second World War, Toyota introduced it to the internal management of the company. Due to the increase in corporate management needs and standards, another three S were added. Chinese domestic enterprises combined the domestic safety production activities in full swing and added safety elements on the basis of 5S. 6S management suitable for China's national conditions.

  The so-called 6S refers to the activities of continuously arranging, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning, improving literacy and safety of the state of each production factor (mainly the physical element) at the production site. Because the six words of Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke, and Safety are the first letters of the Roman alphabet in Japanese or English, they are " S ", so called" 6S ". 6S management is aimed at the daily behavior of employees in the enterprise. It encourages employees to start from small things, develop good behavior habits, and improve the quality and level of overall work. It contains the following six areas:

  1. Reorganization (SEIRI): It is to distinguish the unnecessary and unnecessary items, except for the items to be used in production and work and living areas, and to remove all unnecessary items.

  The purpose is to turn chaos into order and expand production work space.

  2. Rectification (SEITON): It is to adjust the items to be used according to the principle of easy access. The positioning and setting methods are neatly arranged, the number is clearly marked, the label is clearly marked, and it is restored after use.

  The purpose is to improve work efficiency, save time and reduce costs.

  3. Cleaning (SEISO): It is to remove the dirt in the production and workplace, and prevent the occurrence of pollution.

  The purpose is to eliminate dirt, keep production and working environment clean and tidy, and keep working facilities and equipment in good condition.

  4. Cleaning (SEIKETSU): It is to carry out the finishing, rectification and cleaning thoroughly, and to institutionalize, open and transparent.

  The purpose is to internalize the tidying, rectification, and cleaning into each person's conscious behavior, and persevere.

  5. Literacy (SHITSUKE): It is civility and politeness, strict adherence to discipline and standards, to develop good production and work habits, and to form a uniform team spirit.

  The purpose is to form good habits and qualities, improve the quality of people, and create an excellent team spirit.

  6. Security (SECURITY): Safe work is more important than Taishan. It means paying attention to, preventing, eliminating and eliminating all unsafe factors and phenomena, always paying attention to safety, and never forgetting safety.

  The purpose is to ensure the safety of the enterprise.
