——Interview with Du Yongnian, the third main leader and the first secretary of Heng Oak Co., Ltd.
[Text: Wang Xilai] From the invasion of China in October 1937 to the invasion of Hengshui to the liberation of Hengshui in December 1945, the Hengshui military and civilians under the leadership of the Communist Party, after 8 years of arduous struggle against the enemy, wrote a heroic epic of turbulent anger. The national liberation was nearly four years in advance, and he became the host earlier, and is indisputably referred to as "the old liberated area" in contemporary Chinese history. But do you know that among these heroic soldiers who persisted in the Anti-Japanese War behind the enemy and participated in the liberation of Hengshui battle, there is Du Yongnian, the third main leader of Heng Oak and the first party branch secretary.
Du Yongnian, who is ninety-two years old, is full of silver hair, but still moves freely, remembers and thinks as usual. He still clearly remembers the extremely difficult natural disaster and man-made disaster when he joined the army.
In 1943, the anti-Japanese struggle in the counties of Hengshui entered the most difficult period after the Japanese invaders carried out several "sweeping" and "cleaning up" of southern Hebei and central China. The Japanese built bases everywhere, repaired gun buildings, dug blockade trenches, and built blockade walls, forming a situation of "looking up at the post building and lowering the ditch wall". During this period, there were continuous and prolonged droughts, which caused a severe disaster that never happened in a century. Our military and civilian life was very difficult. In that year, Du Yongnian, 26, walked out of his hometown, Sanduzhuang Village, Heyan Town, Hengshui, and resolutely joined the East Route 129th Division of the Eighth Route Army led by the famous anti-Japanese general Chen Zaidao, becoming a glorious Eighth Route Army fighter. , Began his unforgettable hard life in Japan. In order to adapt to the changing situation of the struggle against the enemy, his army tried everything to reduce it to zero, implemented a two-sided policy and a two-sided regime, united all strata against the Japanese, cleverly attacked the enemy, and worked very hard to resist the Japanese invaders.
In the case of hostility and drought at the same time, Du Yongnian, together with the Hengshui military and civilians, actively launched anti-sweeping operations, turned from passive to active, seized various opportunities, and fought in Hengshui, Wuyi, Qingliangdian, Zaoqiang, Ji In counties and other places, the Japanese army and the puppet army were cracked down and eliminated, and they went through all kinds of hardships and dangers. By the spring of 1944, a partial to comprehensive counterattack had ushered in. Du Yongnian personally participated in battles such as the "Extermination Fight", "Sparrow Fight", and "Ambush Fight". In 1945, in the Xiaoxinji Extermination Fight, he was shot unfortunately in his left hand, leaving a lifetime commemoration-second-class injury Disabled (identified as Level 7 disabled after liberation). Suffering from blood and fire, by 1945, the battle to liberate Hengshui finally began.
An arduous combat career has tempered his qualities and left him an indelible memory. Sixty years have passed, and the old people can still sing the anti-Japanese ballads of the time: "Japanese devils are so fierce that they want to destroy China. They first occupied the three eastern provinces and seized North China. They ransacked my village and killed and set fire. Blood flows into the river. The "August 1st Declaration" calls on the whole of China, the people of all ethnic groups are united, the Kuomintang and the Communist Party should cooperate, and the whole people will fight together to defend our mountains and rivers. Drive away the Japanese ghosts and establish a new China. "
8On August 15, 1945, after the Japanese imperialists announced their unconditional surrender. The old man still clearly remembers that although the Japanese army stationed in Heng expressed its surrender, it refused to disarm because of the need to wait for instructions from its superiors. At this time, the pseudo-military forces in some counties around Hengshui City also abandoned the city and transferred to Hengshui. They gathered with the pseudo-military forces in the city, changed their flags and set the banner of the Kuomintang. The Heng Japanese Army fled to Texas along the damaged Hengde Railway. Immediately, the South Hebei Military Region adjusted its deployment and adjusted the county brigade to a local army. After the adjustment, the morale was high and the Battle of Liberation of Hexi was immediately launched. After two months of wit and fierce fighting, in the early morning of December 14, the enemy was wiped out and Hengshui County was liberated. Since then, Hengshui history has opened a new chapter.
After the liberation of Wu Hengshui, Du Yongnian, who had been baptized by war, was already a revolutionary youth with excellent ideology and experience. He retired due to disability and served as the local village cadre—the director of the Armed Services Committee. In 1946, he joined the Communist Party of China gloriously. He actively responded to the call of his superiors and participated in the organization of the anti-treat and liquidation struggle, the land reform movement, the restoration and development of the economy, and support for the liberation war. In 1947, he was transferred to the three district government of Hengshui, in charge of civil affairs; he also went to Julu Township to help with his work, and he cleared up the mess in a month and opened the situation; in 1948 he was transferred to Diaomiao Township as an instructor; after the liberation of the country, he was transferred to Hengshui County High-level Cooperative Transport Team, served as the secretary of the branch; in 1958, the counties merged. He was responsible for the team in Wuyi, Jixian, and Zaoqiang counties, and served as the camp leader. In July of this year, he was appointed by a higher party organization to come to the carriage Repair Association (formerly Heng Oak Co., Ltd.), served as the first party branch secretary. The number of personnel has grown from more than 40 to more than 200. He led everyone to use equipment such as lathes, drill presses and local tire vulcanizers brought together by cooperative movements to hot-repair the rubber tires of rubber wagons at the advanced level at the time, produce and repair some carriage accessories, and serve Hengshui County and surrounding towns; In 1960, he was appointed as the director of Tunxian Vehicle Repair and Matching Factory. In 1962, he returned to his hometown due to an injury and illness to work as a farmer in Sanduzhuang Village, Heyan Township. He served as the village party secretary until his retirement. After the reform and opening up, the Civil Affairs Department of Taocheng District, Hengshui City confirmed the honorary soldier and he enjoyed a disability subsidy of more than 6,000 yuan per year. In September 2005, he was awarded the honorary medal of the "60th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese Anti-Japanese War".
The Hengshui County Coach Repair Co., Ltd., where the elderly have worked, has been in the wind for 55 years. From the twelve private workshops and 3 acres in the early days of the factory, it has grown to have more than 1,600 employees and three factories, covering an area of 700. Hengshui Rubber Co., Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise with an annual output value of 60 million to 700 million yuan and a profit and tax of 30 to 40 million yuan. Become the implementation company of the national torch plan, the flagship enterprise of engineering rubber.
For more than 50 years, the old people still remember the development of the factory. Speaking of veteran employees and colleagues of the coach repair agency, he is like many treasures, and he is impressed. Seeing the development and changes of Hengjiao Co., Ltd. today, he kept nodding and admiring, "Unexpected", "Not Simple", "Amazing" ... He gave his thumbs up and expressed his blessings to the earth-shaking changes of the company.
后来 We later generations, also sincerely wish his elderly people: Fu Rudonghai, Shoubi Nanshan!
