本报讯(李冰)2019年元月24日，高新区税务系统50余人，在局长马为民的带领下来我公司观摩感悟党建工作。公司党委书记、董事长田建德、财务总监尚俊玲、财务经理张艳敏、党办室主任时争艳陪同观摩考察。
观摩团一行先后参观了文化科技展厅、党群活动中心(党员活动室、职工之家、平原枪声展览室、健身中心)和一楼大厅展出的“衡橡营销员作品展”。田总就公司发展历程、科技创新、产品研发向客人做了详细介绍，重点就公司党建经验做了阐释。公司新一届党委成立以来，在田建德书记的带领下，紧紧“围绕经营抓党建，抓好党建促经营”这一方针，为党员搭建各种学习平台，分三批次组织优秀党员、先进生产者、先进集体负责人、十佳首席技师赴延安接收红色教育，领悟延安精神，点燃工作激情;还组织召开“迎七一主题宣教会，善行河北·厚德衡水报告会”等一系列活动，并在公司内部推行党员示范岗活动，全市非公企业观摩团、全省非公企业观摩团先后到公司观摩指导。
参过结束后，观摩团一行对公司党委建设和发展模式以及取得的成绩给予了肯定，表示今后愿与公司加强合作，为公司发展保驾护航。
