2021年7月1日，为了表彰先进、弘扬正气，激励全省各级党组织和广大党员干部奋发作为、建功立业，中共河北省委《关于表彰河北省优秀共产党员、优秀党务工作者、先进基层党组织和优秀基层党组织书记的决定》公布的名单中，衡橡科技股份有限公司党委荣获“河北省先进基层党组织”称号，是衡水市唯一获此殊荣的民营企业。
