Born in February 1947, he was admitted to Hebei Light Chemical Industry School in August 1963. In August 1972, he was transferred to the newly built Dongfeng Chemical Plant in Hengshui County, where he successively served as technician, section chief, deputy director and director. In February 1993, Hengshui No. 1 Rubber Factory was restructured into Hengshui Rubber Co., Ltd. He was elected as the first chairman of the company and appointed as the general manager.
