Processing one padeye was equivalent to processing one lower plate, In consideration of the increase in welding difficulty caused by priority drilling, in order to ensure the welding hole spacing, welding tooling and ear plate positioning welding are also processed, that is, to ensure the hole spacing and improve the welding speed. In October last year, the drilling machine process received more than 50 large tonnage workpieces, more than 3000 pin holes and anchor holes in total.
