1、Good at observation and cost saving

During his work, he found that there were many empty tools for vertical turning to process the four corners of steel plate, which led to long processing time, waste of production capacity, increased power consumption, and invisibly increased the cost of the company. So he improved the processing method, optimized the tool path, reduced the program time, thereby improving the production efficiency and saving electricity.
2、Study hard and never admit defeat
The company introduced a new robot. He volunteered to become a member of the team responsible for operating the new robot. He was both happy and pressured. He was happy to learn the new operating technology. The pressure was that he knew little about it. He studied assiduously, read the instructions, consulted technical personnel, and learned a little bit in combination with the actual situation. Finally, after many explorations and repeated experiments, he realized the perfect connection between the robot and the CNC equipment, lived up to the expectations of the leaders, and the production efficiency was more than 2 times higher than the original processing technology. He personally led three post-90s and nine post-90s personnel to perform the Charter operation in the vertical turning process. After nearly seven days of skilled operation and two months of normal production, 12 excellent team members were able to operate skillfully. Later, he personally led two inexperienced post-90s to learn and operate, which paved the way for talent training and led a "little wolf team" full of vigor and pride. It is this unyielding force that gives them enough hope and motivation.
3、Learning + improvement
In October 2021, due to the large number of large workpieces, there was a bottleneck in the processing of anchor components. In order to meet the delivery demand, he led four people of Lijia to support the sawing machine and vertical drilling process. Although he works across different types of work, he has no complaints and enjoys it. In this way, we can not only learn new skills and improve our own quality, but also accumulate work experience. While learning from colleagues around us, we can learn the advantages of others, learn their methods to deal with problems, and find out shortcomings to improve ourselves. Through multi post learning and practical operation, a large number of technical personnel have been trained for the company.
