The audit team of Zhongqi Measurement System Certification Center carried out spot checks on the company by listening to reports, on-site observation, consulting data, physical sampling and other methods in accordance with ISO10012:2003 Requirements for Measurement Process and Measuring Equipment of Measurement Management System, requirements of national measurement laws and regulations, as well as the company's measurement management system quality manual, procedure documents, operation instructions and other contents. The audit team inspected the central laboratory, the quality control department of the branch company and the vulcanization workshop of the third branch factory on site; Quality objectives, personnel training, measurement process and monitoring control, measurement software confirmation, measurement confirmation of measurement equipment, internal audit of measurement system, management review, safety, environmental protection, energy management and other measurement records were checked on site.
At the final meeting, the experts of the audit team said that the enterprise leaders attached importance to the construction and effective operation of the measurement management system, and the measurement organization and function allocation established by the enterprise were compatible with the enterprise measurement management system; The enterprise has established clear and quantifiable quality objectives, and human, information and material resources meet the needs of system operation; The measuring equipment has implemented metrological confirmation; The measurement process within the system scope has been identified and confirmed, the control documents of key measurement processes have been formed, and the control has been implemented; The analysis and improvement mechanism of the measurement management system has been established and implemented, and the measurement management system established by the enterprise operates normally.
The review team unanimously agreed that the enterprise passed the annual supervision and audit of the measurement management system.
