The apprenticeship activity was strongly supported and assisted by the government, schools and other relevant organizations. The company became one of the first batch of enterprises to implement the new apprenticeship system. Last November, it was recognized as a professional skills certification agency, which can independently complete the skills certification of three types of work: turning, milling and clamping. The conference held a commendation ceremony for outstanding teachers and apprentices from 2019 to 2020, in which 10 outstanding teachers and 10 outstanding apprentices were commended, and certificates and bonuses were awarded.
