The Production Assurance Department of the Group actively connected with the fire brigade of Hengshui High tech Zone. On July 29, the Group invited Staff Chief Wang and his delegation to successfully hold a "lecture hall" for fire safety knowledge training. During the training, the teaching experts customized a set of "feast feast" for the training of relevant knowledge for the trainees. The teaching method was flexible, the training content was rich, the theory and case were combined, the practice and skills were equally emphasized, and the interaction of "asking, speaking, listening, thinking and training" won the unanimous praise of the relevant leaders and trainees. In this training, the Group's production director delivered an opening speech, and more than 70 persons from all departments, subsidiaries, branch heads and relevant deputies, section chiefs, and emergency response team members of the Group participated in the training, and observed the practical exercise on site.

In the process of practical drilling, Staff Officer Wang and his delegation made the trainees have personal experience and practical operation through on-site explanation and professional demonstration, and the on-site atmosphere was tense, orderly, serious and lively. Through actual operation, we had a personal experience of the use method, operation essentials and standardized procedures of fire extinguishers, overcame the "fear, panic, confusion and escape" psychology when facing a sudden fire, and effectively improved the practical skills of the trainees in fire fighting and rescue. Combined with the actual operation, fire experts also made a comprehensive and systematic explanation of the fire accidents caused by smoking, playing with fire, electrical, lightning, illegal operation, careless use of fire, as well as various fire fighting methods, and the operation and use of advanced fire fighting equipment, combined with the typical cases in China in recent two years. At the same time, the "four abilities" of fire safety and the knowledge of how to quickly organize the rescue team to extinguish the fire in case of a sudden fire were taught.

Through the training, the participants experienced the strong feeling that "life cannot be restarted and security cannot wait". It warns us that there are no major or minor safety production accidents, so we must always tighten our mind, start from the overall situation, focus on small matters, and implement the details. We should take fire prevention and safety production as the first pass to promote the healthy and stable development of enterprises, and as the fundamental policy to ensure the safety of life and property.
