Mr. Tian stressed that it is necessary to strengthen group management and control, establish and improve the management and assessment mechanism of subsidiary companies. We should do a good job in top-level design, establish the relationship between the Group and its subsidiaries, top level and grassroots, and how to allocate responsibilities and rights. Comrade Li Jinbao, the chairman of the trade union, made the 2020 Work Report and Financial Report of the Trade Union of the Company. All staff representatives voted on the above reports and all of them were approved.

At the general meeting of shareholders, Chairman Tian Jiande made the Company's 2020 Annual Work Report and 2021 Development Plan Report (the same report at the workers' congress), Chief Financial Officer Shang Junling made the Company's 2020 Annual Financial Work Report and 2020 Annual Profit Distribution Plan Report, and Chairman Wang Xilai made the 2020 Annual Work Report of the Board of Supervisors.

At the meeting, all shareholders voted on the Work Report of the Company, the Financial Work Report and the Work Report of the Board of Supervisors, all of which were unanimously approved.
