With the development of the new infrastructure era of the country, the demand for large tonnage swivel bearings, oversized products and workpieces has increased. The equipment installation and commissioning took 5 months, and the 10 meter vertical lathe was officially put into use the day before. The overall height of the equipment is 12 meters, the building area covers 600 square meters, the diameter of the equipment workbench is 7.1 meters, the maximum rotation diameter is 10 meters, the weight of processed products is up to 200 tons, and the net height of processed workpieces is 5 meters. It is the largest vertical lathe in the industry, and can be called a giant. The double column CNC vertical lathe adopts CAD optimization design method, implements the current national standards, configures advanced functional components at home and abroad, realizes strong cutting in structural performance, the worktable is overloaded, the machine tool has high dynamic and static stiffness, all movements are safe and reliable, the use life is long, and the processing efficiency is high. It is used to process the internal and external cylindrical surfaces, spherical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, threads, grooves and chamfers of parts. It has the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity, long service life, etc., and is especially suitable for the processing of oversized products and components.
